At AGHIOS DIMITRIOS Station of ATTIKO METRO
in Athens, artist Kostas Iraklis Georgiou created a work
of art “in memory of Alexandros Panagoulis” as a
humble tribute to a great man in recognition of his
significant contribution to Greece. This work of art
encircles the elevator at the station platforms and
consists of various plexiglass pieces forming the portrait
of Alexandros Panagoulis.
